Meal Plan this Week

OK, so I've really been falling down on the job here, but now I am serious about my meal planning; it really does just make life so much easier when you don't have to think about what's for dinner. So here is the plan for this week:


Monday: Chicken Caesar



Tuesday: Poached Salmon with Steamed Organic Brocolli and French Bread with Brie



Wednesday: Tandoori Chicken with Cucumber and Onion Salad



Thursday: Salad Rolls



Friday: Go Out!!



Saturday: Veggie and Bean Tostadas



Sunday: Lasagna with Green Salad
